El Baraka

Mabrouka Athemni is an expert in distillation and volunteered to train members of other Wiki PAM
cooperatives so they could obtain the “Artisan Professional Card”, which gave them access to financing.
El Baraka produces mainly vegetable oils, essential oils and floral waters with 8 different varieties
of MAPs: lentiscus (mastic), rosemary, thyme, laurel, lemon balm, peppermint, eucalyptus and myrtle.
This cooperative also makes creams and soaps enriched with essential oils.
