Kounnouz Echamel cooperative was founded in 2018 by Hadil Tissaoui in Jebalah, Jendouba.
This cooperative has 20 female members trained in distillation.
Kounnouz Echamel is specialized in producing essential oils, floral waters, and dried herbs.
The cooperative uses 6 varieties of MAPs: myrtle, pennyroyal, rosemary, geranium, lavender and sage.
