While her husband handles the manual work at the workshop, she is at her office managing all the executive work: she oversees orders and delivery, keeps the accounts, and attends meetings, training, and various professional events. She has set an example to follow in a field that is still mainly dominated by men and is trying her best to support her husband and help him expand their family business.
